All of our services use the track changes feature in Microsoft Word. This allows you to see and approve any changes made or suggested by the editor in your document.
Editing
Sometimes your work needs a little refining, and that's where editing comes in! The purpose of editing is to improve the overall quality and flow of your document, and is more involved than proofreading. Markups will not only correct grammar, syntax, and spelling errors but your entire document text will be reviewed and changes or corrections recommended.
Proofreading
Your computer’s “spellcheck” is a handy tool, but it's not always enough to ensure your work is up to snuff. Proofreading focuses on the basics of grammar, syntax, and spelling errors, and is usually the last step in ensuring your document is at it's best. As such, nothing more in the document is revised since it is assumed that complete editing has already been done.
Formatting

Our pricing is based on the nature and scope of your work, the word count of your document, what kind of service you are seeking, and your desired turnaround time. Please note that your desired turnaround time will affect the price, and the longer we have to work on your document would typically result in a lower price.
We can provide an estimate for work based on your stated needs when you contact us, however a final price will not be established until our team has reviewed your document and verified the word count. A final quote will be sent to you within 24-hours of receiving your file, and once payment is processed we will begin working on your document. Life isn't fixed and neither are we! We are happy to work with you to find the most appropriate price to suit your budget and needs.
We utilize PayPal, a secure online payment service, which offers our clients the option of using their bank account, debit, or credit card to pay for our services. Please note that you may have to create a PayPal account to complete your payment if you do not already have one.
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all services:
* Our hours of operation are Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), and does not include weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. Any inquiries or submissions received outside of our business hours will default to 8 a.m. the next business day.
* Turnaround times are based on your needs, but can be affected by the type of service required and the scope of work involved for your particular project. We will provide you with a selection of turnaround times and pricing after an initial review of your document.
* An estimate for work will be provided based on your stated needs when you contact us.
